ውይይቱ የሪፈራል ትስስርን ማሻሻል፣ የሙያ ልምድና ሀብት መጋራት፣ እንዲሁም ለዜጎች ፈጣን፣ ጥራት ያለውና ተደራሽ የቀዶ ሕክምና አገልግሎት ለማረጋገጥ በጋራ የሚደረጉ ጥረቶች ላይ ትኩረት አድርጓል።
