ስልጠናው የተደራሽነት፣ ተግባቦት፣ ሪፈራል ሥርዓት እና የአካል ጉዳተኞችን ትርጉም ያለው ተሳትፎ ላይ ትኩረት በማድረግ አካታችና ፍትሃዊ የዓይን ጤና አገልግሎትን ለማጠናከር ዓልሟል።
